Brian is ushering in valuable innovations, partnerships and acquisitions to support the growth of this company. Brian has over 40 years’ experience starting new businesses that cater to ever changing consumer preferences.
He was the founder and CEO of Russell Breweries, one of Canada’s fastest growing craft brewery groups. He also founded EFTech, an EFT to POS provider in Australia, BASS, a computerized ticketing system that was acquired by Ticketmaster, and Target Group Marketing, a selective sampling and controlled circulation publishing businesses in Australia, South Africa and Belgium with clients included over 50 Fortune 500 companies.

Chris brings over 20 years of expertise in Canada's agriculture industry. He has a proven track record of leadership, having managed all horticulture-related business operations for UAP/Nutrien in Western Canada. As the founder of Professional Ag Distribution Inc. (ProAG), Chris has established one of Canada’s leading manufacturers and distributors of agricultural inputs.
Chris holds a degree in Horticulture Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and has a solid foundation in mechanical and chemical engineering, further enhancing his ability to drive innovation and excellence in the agriculture sector.

Dr. David Nelson Gimbel is a strategist working at the intersection of energy systems, climate finance, biodiversity, and regenerative agriculture.
His career includes serving as a Senior Visiting Scholar at the Renewable and Appropriate Energy Laboratory at the University of California, Berkeley, and as a strategist for energy, climate, and sustainability at a global macro hedge fund. He has advised large-scale energy, infrastructure, regenerative agriculture and sustainable projects in Africa and the Middle East.
David lead’s the development and deployment of the Company’s waste-to-value and regenerative infrastructure initiatives.
